When I am chosen to document the most treasured day of your life, I do so in a more natural and authentic approach while still being hidden. I love using prompts to get a candid movement or natural reaction. While using these prompts I lightly pose you with some guidance to show flattering angles. I feel as if this very much translates into my photographs, they are very true to life and candid in style. I often find that the most beautiful moments that I capture on wedding day's, happen when people are in their element being natural with one another.

During the day, I strive to story tell. After all, once your wedding day is over, all you have are the memories, and the physical photographs that document every moment of your day. When you are looking through your photographs I want them to take you back to your wedding day. I try to capture the moments that showcase the emotion, joy, love and laughs so that these memories can be looked back on and cherished.

Throughout your day, I take some time to focus on the details. I strive to capture and showcase the many small beautiful and intimate details of your day as the small details can be so easily missed or forgotten. You carefully planned every detail of your day, and so I want to cherish these details as part of your day.

As I go with the flow photographing all the candid moments, I also enjoy directing people to ensure that we can get shots that are wanted when it is time to do the family portraits. I call these the parents and grandparents fridge photos. They are taken in a smidge of a second, smiling and looking at the camera, but they are so cherished. With your family groupings list, I am able to direct everyone so family portraits don't become an added stress. After all, once the family portraits are finished, we have that time together to focus on you two as a married couple. Your Bride and Groom portraits are a tender moment that I love to experiment my creativity while still giving you a cinematic feeling.
